<\/p>\nこんにちは。今回は弊社でも珍しい、屋根塗装工事の事例をご紹介します。<\/p>\n
弊社は建設業の中で「内装仕上げ業」の許可を受けています。
\n屋根塗装は「塗装工事業」の範囲なのですが、建設業法で500万円以下のお仕事であれば弊社でも(お勧めはできませんが、建設業の免許を持っていない企業でも)可能となっています。<\/p>\n
今回まずは前編、足場の組立～下地処理までをご紹介致します。<\/p>\n
なお今回施工対象となる屋根ですが、アスファルトシングルというガラス基材にアスファルトを浸透させ、表面に石粒を吹き付け接着してある屋根材を塗装していきます。<\/p>\n

しっかり足場を組んでいきます。

上に上がれる様に、階段も作ります。

屋根の上もしっかりと手摺を付けます。

下地、中塗り、上塗りと基本は3段階あるのですが、この下地が弱いと中塗り上塗りも付きが悪くなり、屋根の劣化が早くなってしまいます。<\/p>\n
屋根の上から満遍なく塗っていきます。

塗布時に剥がれた表面の石粒です。<\/p>\n

\n塗装せずにほったらかしておくと、時間と共に石粒がどんどん剥がれてしまいます。<\/p>\n
一般に屋根の温度は、地上の+5～10度と言われています。
\n最近は猛暑ですので、本当に職人さんは大変で頭が下がります。<\/p>\n
